Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Participate in the training of all new employees.
  • Develop a superior workforce.

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans.

  • Provide support to employees in various HC related topics such as leaves, compensation, exit interviews and resolve issues and problems among employees.
